12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYMARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waymark operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
